This adventure wasn't initially about starting a business but evolved from a genuine desire to help family and friends.
The foundations of my expertise in data analytics and reporting were laid in a full-time corporate role, where Power BI first caught my attention. An immediate affinity for this tool, combined with a background in accounting and finance, propelled me on a global journey with employers like Lubrizol and TT Electronics, advocating for Power BI's benefits. This enthusiasm and deep understanding of Power BI's capabilities resonated not just professionally, but also within my personal network, broadening its influence.
Encouraged by the curiosity and eagerness to learn more about Power BI among my family and friends, I began assisting them in building their own reports and dashboards. What started as a fun and informal way to share my passion and knowledge gradually turned into a side hustle. This blend of professional expertise and personal passion formed the unique foundation of Croydin Solutions.
In 2024, fueled by the realization of the broader impact I could achieve and a desire to escape the constraints of corporate inefficiencies, I transformed my side project into the thriving entity that is Croydin Solutions today. More than just a company, Croydin Solutions represents the powerful synergy of expert knowledge and a mission to make data analytics both accessible and engaging.
